If you were able to join us for our conversation with the team from Speakfully, we hope you enjoyed it and found it informative! If you didn't have the chance to hop on the Zoom call, don't worry—we've got the full recording here.
We had a wonderful time talking with Jana, Jen, and Nandini of Speakfully about their experiences helping steer their young startup through unprecedented circumstances. It's always inspiring to hear how different teams approach new obstacles, and we loved getting a range of thoughts and opinions from each of the women we spoke with.
There's definitely a lot that we can all learn—whether we're a part of a startup ourselves, or not—from small, nimble businesses right now. Adaptability is everything in the current moment!
As is always the case, we want to continue to bolster the little community that's sprung up around these weekly sessions. If you ever have any comments, questions, or suggestions, feel free to drop us a line at coffee@catalystcreativ.com! Don't hesitate to let us know if there's a topic you want us to cover that we haven't yet!

Now we'll leave you with a couple of quotes about the adaptability of startups that Robert mentioned during the call:
“A startup is a state of mind... it’s when people join your company and are still making the explicit decision to forgo stability in exchange for the promise of tremendous growth and the excitement of making immediate impact.” - Adora Cheung, cofounder and CEO of Homejoy
“A startup is a company working to solve a problem where the solution is not obvious and success is not guaranteed.” - Neil Blumenthal, cofounder and co-CEO of Warby Parker
